Purpose of Role:

To provide professional artificial insemination (AI) services to support herd reproduction during the peak spring  season, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and successful conception rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out artificial insemination of cattle in line with company protocols and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of insemination activities, including dates, animal IDs, and outcomes.
• Adhere to biosecurity, health & safety, and animal welfare standards at all times, providing an efficient service delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in cattle AI (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of herd fertility management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Full driving licence required
